Common questions
Can I try Pro before paying?
Free covers the core experience indefinitely — anonymous rooms, personal sync on 2 devices, 24h history. There's no time-limited trial; if Free isn't enough for what you need, Pro is what unlocks the rest.
How do refunds work?
Monthly: cancel anytime, no refund of the current month. Annual: full refund within 14 days, no questions. Full details on the refund policy page.
Who handles the payment?
Pro is billed through Dodo Payments, who act as Merchant of Record. They handle tax, invoices, and chargebacks. You'll see "DODO" on your card statement, not "Pastio".
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from Settings → Billing and you keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period.
Will the price change?
If we ever change Pro pricing, existing subscribers get at least 30 days' notice by email and at the next renewal. Details in the terms of service.
What about taxes (GST/VAT)?
Dodo Payments collects applicable taxes at checkout based on your billing country. Indian users see GST inclusive of the displayed price.
